Test adapter for gas detectors

The TC2-WG adapter is a component of a gas detector testing kit, allowing verification of their proper operation by supplying test gas to the measuring chamber. It is dedicated to detectors of the WG.EG, WG.EGx, WG.NG, WG.EN, DG.EN and DG.EN/M types. It enables precise verification of the device's sensitivity and reaction to specific gases.

Application and compatibility

The TC2-WG adapter is a key element during the servicing and calibration of gas detectors. Its use allows you to ensure that the device meets the required safety standards and is ready to operate in harsh industrial conditions. Compatible with a wide range of GAZEX detectors, making it a versatile tool for installers and service technicians. In combination with appropriate accessories – a gas humidifier CHS-03, a reducer CFR-05 and a container BTL-025 – it creates a complete testing kit.

Design and user features

The TC2-WG adapter is characterized by compact dimensions (60 x 30 x 10 mm), which facilitates its assembly and disassembly in tight spaces. Made of durable materials, it ensures reliability and long-lasting use. Designed for use with mildly reactive gases, and in combination with appropriate leads – also with reactive gases (in the case of TC-DEX and TC-DG models). It is an integral part of the gas detector quality control system, guaranteeing their reliable operation and safety of use. It can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres (in accordance with WE Type Examination Certificate No. KDB 04ATEX133X).
