Functionality and application

The MD-4.ZA module is used to monitor and power up to four two-threshold gas detectors (DEX/F, DEX/A, DG/F or DG.EN types). It can be used in a Two-Threshold Gas Detection System and in an Active Gas Installation Safety System (ASBIG). Its versatility allows integration with various alarm systems and external devices. Equipped with an output to control a shut-off valve, it meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of the Republic of Poland regarding signaling and shut-off systems.

Construction and characteristic features

The MD-4.ZA module is characterized by a solid construction and high reliability. 12V= power supply ensures stable operation of the device. The maximum number of supported detectors is four, and the module has two 12V= alarm control outputs and two relay control outputs. It also has an emergency control output and a shut-off valve control output. The module is powered by a voltage of 12V=. The dimensions of the housing are 240 x 215 x 115 mm, which ensures convenient installation in various conditions.
