Universal clamping connectors for steel and PE pipes

The Gebo QUICK QT 1 1/2" clamping tee is a reliable solution for connecting sections of water installations, both those made of steel and polyethylene (PE). This connector is suitable for both repairs of existing pipelines and for the construction of new installations, including those intended for drinking water. The design of the tee allows for quick and effective installation, eliminating the need for welding or threading.

Construction and materials

The connector is made of high-quality ductile iron (EN-GJMB-350-10), which ensures its strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The clamping ring made of galvanized steel guarantees a secure and tight connection. Sealing is provided by a rubber NBR ring, resistant to water and air. The entire construction has been designed with durability and reliability in mind, which translates into a long service life of the installation.

Application and compatibility

The QT 1 1/2" tee is compatible with various types of pipes: steel (according to DIN EN 10255), black steel (according to DIN EN 10220 series 1, 2 and 3) and polyethylene (PE 80, PE 100, PE-Xa SDR 11). It can be used in water installations, compressed air and heating water (up to a temperature of 80°C). The connector has tests and certificates confirming its quality and safety of use – National Technical Assessment ITB-KOT-2021/1734 issue 1, Hygienic Certificate B-BK-60210-1123/19 and DVGW DW-8511BU380 Certificate.
