Stainless steel ball valve DN32, PN63 2.2014.032.6323
Stainless steel ball valve – reliable flow shut-off
This ball valve, made of stainless steel, is a robust solution for precise shut-off of medium flow in various installations. Designed to operate at pressures up to 63 bar and a maximum temperature of 180°C, it is suitable for both demanding industrial conditions and home installations. Approved for use with propane-butane, increasing its versatility.
Construction and materials
The valve features a 3-piece construction. Key components – the body and ball – are made of high-quality AISI316 (CF8M) stainless steel, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The ball seal is based on PTFE with the addition of fiberglass, ensuring tightness and smooth operation. The stem seal is also made of PTFE, minimizing the risk of leaks.
Application and functionality
This valve finds application in a wide range of installations:
- Chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries
- Hydraulic installations
- Compressed air installations
- Heating systems
- Gas installations (including propane-butane)
It is equipped with a stem anti-blowout device and a handle locking option, increasing safety and protecting against unauthorized access. The valve has a flange for actuator mounting as standard, enabling automation of the flow shut-off process. A blue handle provides convenient operation.
The ball valve is designed to operate within a diameter range of DN32 (corresponding to 1 1/4 inch). Its pressure resistance reaches PN63, i.e. 63 bar. It can be used at temperatures from -25°C to +180°C. The body is made of AISI316 (CF8M) stainless steel, the ball seal is PTFE with the addition of fiberglass, and the stem is sealed with PTFE. The valve connection is a BSP thread.
