The SBR (Sequential Biological Reactor) system guarantees high purification efficiency. The operation of the actibio wastewater treatment plant is divided into two stages, which take place in two tanks: in the settling tank (50% of the total volume), where the floating elements are collected and the non-uniformity of discharges is compensated, and in the biological reactor with active sludge (50% of the total volume), where biological wastewater treatment takes place. The reactor's operation is divided into four 6-hour daily cycles.
