In-line pump with dry motor – an effective solution for various applications
The TP 40-180/2 A-F-A-BQBE-EX1 pump is a single-stage in-line pump designed for operation in water and industrial systems. The construction with suction and discharge ports of the same diameter facilitates integration with existing infrastructure. The use of a dry motor ensures reliability and minimizes the risk of damage related to leaks. The pump is distinguished by its ease of servicing thanks to a design that allows the pumping unit (motor, impeller, housing) to be removed without the need for disassembly from the pipeline.
Construction and application
The pump is designed to operate in harsh conditions, and its housing is made of gray cast iron (EN-GJL-250), which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The impeller made of stainless steel (EN 1.4301 / AISI 304) guarantees high efficiency and abrasion resistance. The pump is used in systems:
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Water supply
- Industrial water installations
- Cooling systems
- Transfer of process liquids
The pump design meets the requirements of EN 12756 standard regarding mechanical seals, which translates into safety and reliability of operation. Connection to the pipeline is made using DIN PN 6/10 flanges according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2 standards.
Performance and operating parameters
The TP 40-180/2 A-F-A-BQBE-EX1 pump is characterized by a nominal capacity of up to 12.5 m³/h and a head of up to 10 meters. The 0.55 kW (IE3) motor provides efficient operation while maintaining high energy efficiency (IE3 77.8%). The asynchronous motor cooled by a fan is adapted to operate at an ambient temperature from -30°C to 60°C, and the maximum working pressure is 10 bar. It is worth noting the high energy efficiency index (MEI ≥ 0.70), which translates into lower operating costs.
