Circulation pump for heating and cooling systems

The Magna1 D 32-80 is an electronic circulation pump designed for use in heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water circulation systems. It is an economical alternative to the MAGNA3 pump, offering high energy efficiency and simple integration with building management systems. The pump design allows for continuous monitoring of its operation, including fault detection.

Construction and application

The Magna1 D 32-80 is characterized by a built-in motor speed controller, enabling smooth speed adjustment. Made of cast iron GG 20 (GJL-200), it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Thanks to the dual pump function, in the event of a failure of one of them, the other automatically takes over the entire flow, ensuring the continuity of the system. It is designed for both new and modernized installations. Inlet and outlet connections with a diameter of 2 inches (50 mm) with a cylindrical external gas thread (BSPP) facilitate installation and connection to existing infrastructure.
