Magna1 pump is an electronic circulation pump designed for operation in simple heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water circulation systems. It is an economical alternative to the MAGNA3 pump, offering high energy efficiency and easy integration with building management systems. It will work well in both domestic and commercial installations.

Design and application

The Magna1 pump is characterized by a solid construction with a cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250) housing, which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The impeller made of a material other than stainless steel (details in the technical documentation) provides optimal hydraulic performance. The connection length of 450 mm facilitates installation in existing installations. Designed to work with a medium temperature of -10 to 110°C, making it a universal solution for various heating systems. The IPX4 degree of protection guarantees safe use in humid conditions.

Performance and functionality

The Magna1 pump offers a nominal flow rate of 38.29 m³/h at a head of 92.65 kPa (corresponding to 9.26 meters of water column). The maximum head of the pump is 12 meters, and the maximum working pressure is 6 bar. It is equipped with a built-in motor speed controller, allowing stepless speed control, which allows you to adjust the pump's performance to the current system needs and optimize energy consumption - its energy efficiency index (EEI) is only 0.2. It also has a potential-free switching contact, which allows remote monitoring of the pump's operating status and signaling of any failures. The motor power consumption (P1) is 1.523 kW with a rated current of 6.73 A and a voltage of 230 V / frequency of 50/60 Hz.
