Construction and mounting

The distribution block is monoblock, modular and mounted on a DIN rail. It has a removable front cover and an insulating rear plate — which facilitates access to the terminals during installation and service. The terminals are equipped with partial insulation protection, which increases safety when working near live parts. The tightening torque is constant — 2.50 Nm — and does not require calibration, eliminating the risk of over‑tightening or under‑tightening the conductors.

Connections and permissible cross‑sections

Each of the 4 poles has 12 terminals, providing 48 connection points on the block. It is possible to connect both rigid cables (single‑ or multi‑core) and flexible cables with sleeve terminals — all in the range from 1.5 mm² to 35 mm². In practice this means that on a single pole you can connect:

• one cable 10–35 mm²

• seven cables 4–25 mm²

• four cables 2.5–16 mm²

This flexible arrangement allows compact placement of many circuits without the need for additional distribution boards or branches.

Compliance and operating conditions

The product is halogen‑free, compliant with RoHS and REACH (no SVHC), which means low environmental impact and safety during combustion. Rated current 125 A allows safe handling of large loads — e.g., in residential installations with heat pumps, ventilation systems or underfloor heating. Dimensions: 126 mm width, 96 mm height, 44 mm depth — standard compatibility with Hager distribution cabinets and other modular‑type systems.

All parameters comply with European standards for distribution devices — no additional certificates are required for installation in commercial or residential buildings.
