Bracket with PE/N terminals for Volta distribution boards

The VZ524 bracket is a mounting component designed for installation in Volta distribution boards, enabling orderly and safe connection of protective (PE) and neutral (N) conductors. It consists of two separate carriers, each with 25 copper terminals – providing a total of 50 connection points. The design allows even load distribution and easy access to each terminal during installation or service.

The terminals are made of copper, ensuring stable conductivity and corrosion resistance – important for long‑term operation in humid or industrial conditions. The whole unit is white (RAL 9010), which fits well with the aesthetics of modern distribution boards and also facilitates wire identification.

Installation is simple – the bracket is mounted on a DIN rail TS35, allowing quick integration with other distribution board components. Thanks to the double structure (2×25) the PE and N conductors can be easily separated into separate branches, facilitating control and meeting normative requirements for the insulation of these conductors.

Note: this is not a self‑locking terminal – it requires a screwdriver to tighten the wires. This, however, provides full control over the tightening torque, which is crucial for safety and durability of the connection.

This bracket is part of the Volta system – compatible with other elements of this type, such as covers, cable flanges or support frames. No additional tools or adaptations are required – it works “out of the box” in standard Hager distribution boards.

It is a solution for the installer who needs a solid, reliable and orderly PE/N connection point without the need for additional cables or branches.
