Cable duct with three sockets – a solution for the installer and the user

Designed for installation in VUxxx systems, this cable duct with three 230V sockets enables quick and safe connection of devices without the need to open the enclosure. It is not just a connecting element – it is a pre-wired, ready-to-use socket that replaces the traditional stepped plug-in module.

All three sockets are of type CEE 7/3 (Type F), with erhöhtem Berührungsschutz – meaning additional protection against accidental contact with live contacts. Each socket can be rotated independently by 90°, facilitating plug insertion in spaces with limited access. Mounting is achieved via Schnappbefestigung – a quick, tool-free fixation inside the VUxxx enclosure – without the need to tighten screws or install additional components.

Wires are connected directly to WAGO clamps for 1.5–2.5 mm² conductors, eliminating the risk of improper connections and reducing installation time. Everything is pre-secured and tested by the manufacturer – no manual wiring between sockets is required.

The housing is made of white material (RAL 9010), with dimensions 305 mm x 45 mm x 80 mm. The surface remains in a raw state – without paint or coating – ensuring mechanical stability and resistance to damage during repeated mounting and dismounting. The enclosure has an IP2X protection rating – sufficient for installations inside enclosures where there is no risk of moisture or dust ingress.

The possibility of direct connection of a Type 3 UPS via parallel connection on the terminal is an additional benefit for installers building systems with surge protection – no separate modules need to be added.

There is no LED indicator and no plug ejection mechanism – this is a simple, functional component that works as it should: without unnecessary complications.
