Robust wall-mounted enclosure for protecting electrical installations

This steel wall-mounted enclosure from Hager, with dimensions of 800x550x205 mm, provides a reliable solution for protecting electrical components in demanding conditions. Protection class IP44 guarantees protection against water splashes and solid objects larger than 1 mm, making it ideal for indoor applications where there is a risk of dampness. Additionally, class II provides double insulation, increasing safety.

Construction and mounting

Made of durable steel and coated with powder coating (RAL 9010 – white color), the enclosure is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Surface mounting is simple and quick, and four holes for flanges facilitate stable mounting on the wall. The enclosure has as many as 120 module mounting spaces, distributed over 5 rows, allowing for flexible placement of devices and cables. The possibility of expansion provides flexibility for the future.

Safety and functionality

The enclosure has a protection degree of IK09, which means high resistance to mechanical impacts – this is particularly important in places exposed to vandalism or accidental damage. The closed type of cover further protects the interior from unauthorized access. Four cable entries facilitate the connection of power and control cables. The material thickness of the enclosure and door/cover (1 mm) ensures the solidity of the construction and durability of use. Rated current 250A allows for use in installations with higher loads.
