The manhole is made of plastic, designed for installation in linear drainage systems. Its construction is optimized for stability and resistance to external conditions—it does not deform under load, and the material is resistant to frost, road salt, and UV radiation. This is crucial for long-term reliability in winter conditions and with frequent use of de-icing agents.
The sump is galvanized, providing additional protection against corrosion at points of contact with metal installation components or the substrate. The MW 30/30 grate is a solution intended for areas with medium traffic—suitable for parking lots, local roads, sidewalks, and industrial areas. Its structure allows for effective water drainage while preventing larger objects (e.g., stones, leaves) from entering the drainage system.
Load class B125 (125 kN / 12.5 tons) means the manhole can withstand loads typical for light passenger vehicles and low-mass trucks—e.g., delivery vans or service vehicles. It is not intended for high-speed roads or areas with heavy commercial traffic.
A height of 495 mm enables easy installation in various pavement layers—from asphalt to concrete—without the need for additional raising or embedding. It is compatible with channel type 150, and its design allows for easy connection to existing sewer networks or drainage systems.
The RECYFIX STANDARD system does not require specialized equipment for installation—standard installation tools are sufficient. The sump and grate are separate components, facilitating replacement without the need to dismantle the entire manhole. In practice, this means shorter repair times and lower maintenance costs.
