The RECYFIX STANDARD 150, type 01 channel is a drainage system component designed to remove rainwater and meltwater from paved surfaces. With a clear channel width of 150 mm and a total height of 192 mm, this unit offers significantly higher flow capacity than standard channels with smaller cross-sections. The body, made of modified plastic (PP), is resistant to frost, road salt, and UV radiation, ensuring long service life even under harsh atmospheric conditions. The special ribbed wall construction provides rigidity and stability, preventing deformation under soil loads or vehicular traffic.

Application and Load Class

The device is suitable for installation in pedestrian areas and zones with light vehicular traffic, such as sidewalks, car parking lots, and access roads. The load classification Class B 125 (up to 12.5 tons) allows safe passage of standard passenger and delivery vehicles. The MW 30/10 grated cover, made of galvanized steel, effectively traps larger mechanical debris while ensuring high water absorption efficiency thanks to appropriately sized slots. The symmetrical shape of the grate facilitates installation and subsequent maintenance, regardless of laying direction.

Installation and System Compatibility

This system features high installation flexibility. The type 01 channel is equipped with a formed outlet spigot DN 70/100 (depending on the version), facilitating connection to the rainwater sewer network without the need for additional adapters. Vertical connection capability enables easy creation of sedimentation chambers or linking elements into longer drainage runs. The set includes a mounting system (clamp-type) that secures the grate within the body, eliminating the risk of displacement or noise during vehicle passage.

These elements have dimensions adapted to standard building modules: the length is 1000 mm, and the total width exceeds 210 mm. The construction height is 192 mm, which, combined with a channel width of 150 mm, ensures an optimal cross-section for water flow. The body material is durable plastic, while the grate is made of galvanized steel. The entire assembly complies with the EN 1433 standard for load class B 125, and the slot type is MW 30/10. The internal channel cross-section reaches approximately 225 cm², translating to high drainage efficiency even during heavy rainfall.
