High-Capacity Linear Drainage System

The RECYFIX STANDARD 200, type 020, is a solution dedicated to locations requiring effective drainage of large volumes of rainwater or process water. Thanks to a clear channel width of 200 mm, this element provides significant hydraulic capacity, making it suitable for areas with increased flow intensity. The construction height of 235 mm allows for deep embedding in the substrate layer, which is crucial when installing in areas exposed to high loads or requiring adequate hydraulic gradient. The entire unit is made of black plastic, which not only gives the system an aesthetic appearance but, above all, protects the material against harmful UV radiation.

Resistance and Stability in Challenging Conditions

The special ribbed body structure is not merely an aesthetic feature – it is a key element ensuring the rigidity of the entire structure. This design effectively protects the channel against deformation under soil pressure or wheel traffic, which is particularly important when installing in drivable zones. The material used for production exhibits high resistance to frost and road salt, eliminating the risk of cracking or corrosion during the winter season. This system performs well in both external applications (parking lots, access roads) and industrial halls where exposure to chemical factors is high.

Load Classification and Grate Application

Equipped with a galvanized MW 30/10 steel bar grate, the channel achieves a load class of B 125. This means the system is designed for the safe passage of passenger vehicles and light delivery vans. The bar grate with 30x10 mm openings ensures effective water filtration while maintaining stability under wheels. Thanks to this solution, clogging of the channel by larger mechanical debris can be avoided.

It is worth noting that the RECYFIX STANDARD system offers great flexibility – these elements can be easily integrated with other components of the series, such as sedimentation chambers or outlet connections DN 100/200. This allows installers to quickly adapt the length of the drainage line to the specific terrain conditions without the need for complex cutting or additional sealing.
