The RECYFIX STANDARD 200 type 020 channel is a linear drainage system designed for areas with moderate traffic – parking lots, sidewalks, commercial areas. Its construction combines the durability of plastic with the load-bearing resistance of steel. A height of 235 mm ensures sufficient capacity for water discharge, while a clear width of 200 mm enables efficient collection of rainwater from larger surfaces.

The MW 30/30 grid grates, made of galvanized steel, are durable and easy to maintain – they are less prone to clogging with leaves or small debris compared to slot versions. Their symmetrical design allows for uniform water flow and easy installation without the need to orient the direction. Resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, salt, and UV radiation ensures the system maintains functionality for years, even under Poland's climatic conditions.

The plastic body features a ribbed structure – this is not just aesthetic. The ribs act like reinforcement in concrete: they increase rigidity and prevent deformation under vehicle loads. This is crucial for stability when installing on substrates with low load-bearing capacity.

The system requires no specialized tools for installation – standard sewerage installation procedures are sufficient. Connection to DN 100 or DN 150 pipes is simple thanks to standard end fittings. There is no need for additional gaskets or adhesives – everything operates on a "push and lock" principle.

Important note: Class B 125 means the channel is designed for loads up to 12.5 tons per axle – ideal for passenger cars, light trucks, and service vehicles. However, it is not suitable for public roads with heavy traffic – Classes C 250 or D 400 are required there.

Compared to cast iron grates – this version is significantly lighter (approx. 10.2 kg), facilitating transport and installation. It also requires no special handling during lifting – there is no risk of back injury or damage to the floor surface during installation.
