The HELA-S 160-6 brass fitting is designed for connecting externally pre-insulated pipes to PEX or PE pipelines, without the need for specialized hydraulic tools. Both sides are equipped with compression rings, enabling quick and leak-tight installation using basic tools such as a crimping wrench. The compact design facilitates storage and transport while ensuring stability at the installation site.

The brass material used for the fitting meets the requirements for dezincification-resistant (DZR) material, guaranteeing long-term corrosion resistance in potable water transport conditions. The product holds the NIZP-PZH certificate, confirming compliance with standards for water safety intended for human consumption. Its application in district heating systems, hot and cold water distribution, or industrial networks is safe and legally compliant.

The maximum working pressure must not exceed 6 bar, corresponding to the PN6 standard, making it suitable for low- and medium-pressure systems without sudden pressure fluctuations.
