The HEATPEX ARIA ADURO reduction fitting is a key element that allows connecting ventilation ducts of different diameters within a recuperation system. It enables flexible adaptation of the installation to the specifics of the building and user needs, without the need for additional adapters. This is particularly useful during the modernization of existing installations or in the case of unusual architectural solutions.

Construction and materials

Made of high-quality expanded polystyrene (EPS) with graphite additive, the reduction fitting combines lightness, durability and excellent insulation properties. This material is characterized by a low thermal conductivity coefficient (λ=0.029 W/mK), which minimizes energy losses and prevents moisture condensation inside the ducts. The graphite additive provides biological resistance to the development of fungi, mold and bacteria, which translates into hygiene and durability of the system. The nominal diameter of the reduction fitting is 125/160/200 mm, and the insulation thickness is 17 mm. The coaxial design and the possibility of cutting to the required length make the element extremely versatile in installation.

Installation and compatibility

The reduction fitting is characterized by easy and quick installation thanks to the OneClick® system, which allows for seamless connection of elements without the need for additional seals. Simply slide the connector onto both components, and you're done! This saves installers valuable time, and users can enjoy a smoothly functioning ventilation system. The reduction fitting is fully compatible with the Heatpex ARIA system and standard ventilation fittings – the internal dimensions are compliant with PN-EN 1506:2007. The ATC1 tightness class (according to PN-EN 17192) guarantees minimal air losses and optimal system performance. The possibility of cutting the reduction fitting with a knife makes it easy to adapt to individual needs.
