This high-quality cable, manufactured by HELUKABEL, is designed for reliable data transmission in CAN Bus systems. The construction with doubly twisted wire pairs provides resistance to electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in demanding industrial environments. The cable is ideal for permanent installations inside buildings where stable and secure communication between devices is required.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term and trouble-free operation. Four copper conductors (2x2) with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² are insulated with PE foam, which provides good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Twisted pair minimizes interference and ensures a stable signal. Additionally, the cable has a screen of aluminum foil and a copper braid, which effectively protects against external interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating in purple color (similar to RAL 4001), providing resistance to abrasion and weathering. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.6 mm.

The HELUKABEL CAN Bus cable meets the ISO 11898-2 standard, which guarantees its compatibility with most devices and CAN Bus systems available on the market. It is also compliant with IEC 60332-1-2 regarding the non-flammability of materials. Therefore, it finds application in a wide range of industrial applications, such as:
