Universal power cable for demanding installations

The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K cable is a reliable solution for permanent power installations, both in residential buildings, public utility buildings, and in energy distribution networks. Particularly recommended where a high level of safety is a priority – office buildings, skyscrapers or facilities with increased fire risk (ZL I-V). Thanks to the possibility of direct burial in the ground and resistance to external factors, it is suitable for internal and external installations.

Construction and properties ensuring safety

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: multi-wire copper conductor class 5, XLPE insulation and LS0H (halogen-free with low smoke emission) coating. This combination provides not only optimal electrical parameters, but above all increased safety in the event of a fire. Thanks to the halogen-free coating, the gases released during combustion have low corrosivity, minimizing the risk to health and property. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and oil, which increases its durability and range of applications.

• Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has an AENOR certificate. CPR class according to EN 50575 is Cca-s1b, d1, a1 – provides an appropriate level of reaction to fire.
• Wide temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C ensures reliability in various climatic conditions. Short-circuit temperature is +250°C for 5 seconds.
• Rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1 kV – standard voltage for most building installations. Test voltage is 2000 V and breakdown voltage 4000 V.
• Color availability on request: Black coating available on request – allows you to match the cable to the specifics of the project.
