This flexible HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K power and control cable is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. Designed for both indoor and outdoor installation, in dry, humid and wet conditions. It is perfect for mechanical engineering, conveyor systems, air conditioning equipment and industrial automation. Its construction and materials guarantee reliable operation even under medium mechanical stress.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction compliant with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. It has a copper conductor, XLPE insulation and an outer PVC jacket of type DMV-18, which ensures high resistance to external factors. UV resistance allows it to be used as a connection cable for mobile devices and portable machines. Thanks to its oil resistance, it is ideal for industrial environments. The cable is metered for easy installation and adaptation to needs.

Operating parameters and safety

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable with a cross-section of 6 mm² is designed to operate at a voltage of 0.6/1 kV. It can be operated in a temperature range of -5°C to +90°C (flexible) and from -15°C to +90°C (stationary). The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter during flexible operation. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, confirming its safety of use. Flame retardancy tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2 further increases the level of installation safety. Additionally, the cable is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X).
