Control and power cable for demanding applications

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is a flexible solution for power supply and control, designed for medium mechanical loads. It is perfect for both indoor and outdoor installations, in dry, humid or wet environments. The possibility of direct laying in the ground and in pipes increases its versatility. This cable is particularly recommended in mechanical engineering, conveyor systems, air conditioning equipment and industrial automation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a 3+1/2 construction according to UNE 21123-2. Its copper conductors, made according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, are insulated with XLPE type DIX 3 (UNE HD 603-1). The outer jacket made of special PVC type DMV-18 provides resistance to UV radiation, making it ideal for outdoor applications and connection of mobile devices. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308.

Applications and benefits

This cable is not only reliable but also versatile. It will work as a power or control cable wherever a higher operating temperature (up to +90°C) or voltage is required. Its flexibility allows for easy installation even in difficult conditions. Additionally:
