Control and power cable for demanding applications

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is a flexible power and control cable designed for use in medium mechanically stressed installations. It performs perfectly both in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as for direct laying in the ground or in pipes. This cable is particularly recommended for industrial applications where resistance to harsh conditions and higher operating temperatures is required.

Construction and properties

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is constructed in accordance with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. It has copper conductors, XLPE insulation and an outer PVC jacket of type DMV-18, which provides it with high flexibility, UV resistance and oil resistance. This makes it suitable for powering mobile devices and portable machines. The cable is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X).

• Wide temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -5°C to +90°C (flexible) and -15°C to +90°C (stationary).
• Rated voltage: 0.6/1 kV AC and 0.9/1.8 kV DC.
• Resistance to external factors: Resistant to UV radiation, oil and does not contain silicone or cadmium.
• Flexibility: Enables easy installation and routing in tight spaces.
• Safety: Flame retardant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2.
• Minimum bending radius: Ensures comfortable work during installation – flexible 10 x cable diameter, stationary depending on diameter (up to 6x diameter).
