Power and control cable for demanding applications

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is a flexible PVC cable designed for use in medium mechanically loaded installations. It is suitable for both dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as for direct laying in the ground or in pipes. This cable is particularly recommended for mechanical engineering, conveyor systems, air conditioning units and industrial automation. Thanks to its UV resistance and special outer jacket construction, it is ideal for use with mobile and portable devices.

Construction and properties

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is constructed in accordance with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. Made of copper conductors insulated with XLPE (DIX 3), it provides reliable current conduction. The outer jacket made of special PVC (DMV-18) guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils and UV radiation. It is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X). The cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range of -5°C to +90°C, and in stationary mode from -15°C to +90°C. The operating voltage AC is 0.6/1 kV, and DC – 0.9/1.8 kV.
