The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K control and power cable is designed for flexible power connections where medium mechanical stress is required. This cable is perfect for both indoor and outdoor installations, offering a wide range of applications in industry, construction, and mobile devices. Its construction and materials guarantee long-lasting and safe operation.

Construction and properties for professionals

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is constructed according to UNE 21123-2, with un-tinned copper conductors (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295, IEC 60228, BS 6360). The core insulation is made of XLPE type DIX 3 (UNE HD 603-1), and the outer jacket is made of special PVC type DMV-18 (UNE HD603-1), which provides resistance to UV radiation and oils. Core identification is carried out according to DIN VDE 0293-308. This cable is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X). The materials used are free of silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substances.

This cable is not just a standard connection – its flexibility allows for easy installation even in difficult conditions. The possibility of direct laying in the ground or in pipes greatly simplifies the installation process and reduces costs. In addition, UV resistance makes it ideal for outdoor applications.
