Construction and properties

The SY-JZ 3G1.5 cable features a robust construction. Multi-strand copper conductors, class 5, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure good conductivity and flexibility. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation guarantees safe use and resistance to external factors. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a steel braiding that protects it from mechanical damage – this is particularly important in places exposed to loads or contact with sharp objects. The braiding is galvanized to protect it from corrosion and allows for soldering. A transparent outer coating allows for visual inspection of the steel braiding condition.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 and DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, confirming its high quality and safety. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and parameters

This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, internal installations and power plants. It is suitable for anywhere requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance. The cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500V, and the conductor cross-section is 1.5 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.4 mm. The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for fixed laying and 20x the cable diameter during flexible operation. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.
