Construction and properties

The cable has been designed with demanding applications in mind. It consists of:

• Copper conductors: stranded wire, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228).
• Core insulation: special PVC Z 7225, black with white numbers for easy identification.
• Protective conductor: yellow-green (available from 3 cores).
• Screen: braid of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage), providing effective protection against electromagnetic interference.
• Outer jacket: special PVC TM2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1 / DIN EN 50363-4-1), grey (RAL 7001).

Thanks to this construction, the cable is resistant to a wide range of temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
