Flexible shielded cable for data and control transmission

This 14-core F-CY-JZ cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is a reliable solution for applications in mechanical engineering, computer systems and electronics. The use of insulating foil reduces the outer diameter and weight of the cable, making it easier to install and route in tight spaces. The dense copper braid provides effective shielding, minimizing electromagnetic interference and guaranteeing stable signal transmission.

The cable is made of high-quality materials, which translates into its durability and resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. Construction and properties

The F-CY-JZ cable is characterized by a careful construction ensuring optimal operating parameters:

• Copper strands, multi-wire (class 5), twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. This ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during bending.
• Core insulation made of special PVC (Z 7225), resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage.
• Cores marked with white numbers on a black background for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores).
• Shield with a copper braid with a coverage of approximately 85%, effectively protecting against electromagnetic interference.
• Outer jacket made of special PVC TM2, providing resistance to oils, chemicals and UV radiation.
• Grey color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.

The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs. It is also resistant to chemicals and oils - detailed information can be found in the "Technical Information" table. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.

Technical parameters and applications

The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500 V, and the core/core test voltage is 4000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.5 mm. The minimum bending radius during operation is 10x the cable diameter and for fixed laying - 5x the cable diameter.
