Product description
- Flexible shielded cable for industrial and control applications
This flexible shielded F-CY-JZ 34G1 cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is designed for data transmission in control circuits of machines and devices, as well as a signal cable in computer systems and electronics. The construction with a dense braid ensures reliable signal transmission, minimizing interference. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Copper, stranded wires (class 5) are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225) and numbered for easy identification. The wires are twisted in parallel and additionally secured with an insulating foil and a screen of bleached copper wires (coverage approx. 85%), which ensures high resistance to electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket is made of PVC TM2, which guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001).
Additionally, this cable is oil-resistant and resistant to many chemicals. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, confirmed by tests in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1 standards.
Operating parameters and compliance with standards
The F-CY-JZ 34G1 cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range from -10°C to +80°C, and in stationary mode from -40°C to +80°C. The rated voltage U is 500 V. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The minimum bending radius during operation is 10 x the outer diameter of the cable, and for fixed laying – 5 x the outer diameter. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 19 mm.
