Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with 36 copper cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which are twisted together for increased flexibility. Each core is insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and the black cores are numbered for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has an insulating foil and a copper braid screen, which provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of PVC (TM2), gray in color (RAL 7001). This makes the cable resistant to oils, chemicals, and does not contain substances that interfere with painting.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0245, 0281 part 13 and DIN EN 50525-2-51, which guarantees its safety and reliability. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The operating voltage is 300/500 V, and the core/core test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter during flexible operation and 5x for fixed installation.
