Construction and properties
This cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring durability and reliability. It is made of high-quality materials: stranded copper cores, PVC insulation and an outer sheath of PVC TM2. The cores are twisted in parallel and protected with an insulating foil, which further increases resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. Thanks to the use of special PVC, the cable is resistant to oils and many other chemical compounds. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that disrupt painting. The use of a copper braid screen (approx. 85% coverage) minimizes the impact of electromagnetic interference on transmitted signals.
User parameters and scope of application
The F-CY-JZ 3G0.75 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage U is 500V, and the core cross-section is 0.75 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.6 mm. It is ideal for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors – in industrial machines and equipment, control systems and everywhere where a reliable signal transmission is needed in conditions of electromagnetic interference. Thanks to compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking), the cable meets high standards of safety and quality.
