Flexible shielded control cable
This 41-core flexible F-CY-JZ 41G1 cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is designed for use in machine control circuits and computer systems. It provides reliable signal transmission in demanding industrial conditions. The braided shield construction minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in environments prone to noise.
The cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to the multi-wire strand construction of the cores (class 5), which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces. PVC insulation provides good resistance to abrasion and chemicals, and is also oil-resistant. The cores are black with white numbering, which simplifies identification during installation and servicing.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for durability and reliability. It consists of copper stranded cores, insulated with special PVC, twisted in parallel and protected with an insulating foil. An additional shield of copper wires provides effective protection against interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of PVC in gray color (RAL 7001). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 20.6 mm.
It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly and safe to use. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive.
