Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with six copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with high-quality PVC. The conductors are twisted in parallel, ensuring flexibility and ease of installation. Additionally, the cable has a copper braid screen that effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). This braid should be well connected to the terminals (e.g., cable glands) for optimal protection. The conductors are numbered for easy identification during installation and servicing. The outer jacket made of PVC provides durability and resistance to abrasion and oils.

The cable operates in a wide temperature range – flexibly from -10°C to +80°C and stationary from -40°C to +80°C. Its operating voltage is 300/500 V, and the outer diameter is approximately 8.4 mm. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km, and the minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 5 x cable diameter for fixed installation.
