Highly flexible shielded cable for data transmission and control
The F-CY-JZ cable is a flexible, shielded cable designed for data transmission in industrial control circuits and as a signal cable in computer systems and electronics. The construction with an insulating foil minimizes the outer diameter and weight of the cable, while the dense braid ensures reliable signal transmission without interference. Ideal for both professional installers and end-users who require high-quality cabling.
Construction and properties
The cable is constructed of stranded copper conductors, insulated with PVC, twisted in parallel and marked with digital numbering for easy identification. The conductors are surrounded by an insulating foil and a screen of copper wires providing high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is covered with a durable outer PVC coating, resistant to oils and chemicals. This makes the cable extremely durable and reliable in harsh industrial conditions.
- Conductors made of stranded copper, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228 standards (class 5 or 6).
- Insulation made of special PVC (Z 7225).
- Screen based on a braid of copper wires, covering approximately 85% of the surface.
- Outer sheath is special PVC (TM2) in gray color (RAL 7001).
- Conductors marked with digital numbers for easy identification.
- Cable exhibits resistance to oils and many chemicals.
- Operation in the temperature range from -10°C to +80°C during operation and from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration).

The F-CY-JZ cable with a cross-section of 7G0.5 mm² has a rated voltage of 500V and an approximate outer diameter of 7.6 mm. It is intended for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to interference, such as:
