Universal control cable for machines and control systems

This two-core control cable OZ-603 with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is a versatile solution for indoor applications, both in dry and humid environments. Designed for reliability and durability, it meets stringent UL-CSA-HAR standards, making it acceptable in many countries around the world. It is suitable for machines, control systems and assembly lines.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: twisted copper conductors, high-quality TI2 PVC insulation and an outer jacket made of oil-resistant TM5 PVC. This construction provides flexibility, resistance to mechanical damage and the action of oils. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.1 mm. The gray color (RAL 7001) facilitates identification. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely match the length to the installation needs.

• Flexibility and temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C for fixed installation and from -5°C to +90°C during flexible operation (HAR/UL-CSA).
• Safety: Meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has passed tests confirming its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties (IEC 60332-1-2, UL-VW-1, CSA FT1).
• Chemical resistance: The outer jacket made of PVC is resistant to oils, increasing the durability of the cable in harsh industrial conditions.
• Core identification: The cores are black with white numbering for easy identification during installation.
• Insulation resistance: The minimum insulation resistance is 20 MOhm x km, which guarantees good signal quality and safe use.
• Minimum bending radius: The flexible cable can be bent at an angle of 7.5 x cable diameter and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying.

Applications and compliance with standards

The OZ-603 cable is ideal for indoor applications where flexibility, oil resistance and compliance with international safety standards are required. It meets DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL-Style 2587 standards. This is a universal product – it will work both in new installations and in the modernization of existing control systems.
