This grey flexible cable m.FLEX 512-PUR 20G0,5 is a reliable solution for working in demanding conditions, especially where frequent bending and movement occur. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. It is made of 20 copper strands, twisted strands, which gives it a flexibility class of 6 according to DIN VDE 0295. The core insulation is made of modified PP, and the outer jacket of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR). This selection of materials guarantees resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and UV radiation. The cores are marked with numbers for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.
A key feature of this cable is its resistance to extreme working conditions. It can be operated at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation and dynamic use. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter for flexible operation and 3x for fixed laying. The cable passed the bending test by method H, withstanding approximately 10 million bending cycles, which confirms its exceptional durability in dynamic applications.
