This grey, halogen-free flexible cable m.FLEX 512-PUR 20G1,5 is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments, especially where frequent bending and movement occur. It is ideal for robotics, machinery and moving parts of equipment. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation and long service life.

The cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility thanks to the use of a multi-wire class 6 core and modified PP insulation. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) is resistant to abrasion, tearing, oils and other chemicals, guaranteeing safety and durability even in extreme conditions. Additionally, the absence of halogen in the insulation increases fire safety.

Construction and user parameters

The cable consists of 20 copper cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which are twisted in parallel to ensure optimal flexibility. The cores are insulated with modified PP and marked with white numbers for easy identification. The yellow-green protective core is located on the outside of the structure (from 3 cores). The whole is surrounded by a special polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket, which provides high mechanical and chemical resistance. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V.

Applications and compliance with standards

The m.FLEX 512-PUR 20G1,5 cable finds wide application in mechanical engineering, robotics and everywhere where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 17.3 mm, which facilitates its routing in installations.
