Highly flexible cable for applications requiring high flexibility. This grey m.FLEX 512-PUR 30G1 cable, with a rated voltage of 500V, is designed for operation in harsh industrial environments. It is characterized by high resistance to bending and abrasion, making it an ideal solution for machines and equipment operating in continuous motion. Made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), it ensures safe use and minimal environmental impact. This cable is particularly recommended for use in energy chains, robotics and in moving parts of machines.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 30 stranded copper conductors with flexibility class 6, which guarantees exceptional flexibility and long-term reliability. The conductor insulation is made of modified PP, and the outer jacket of abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PUR). The conductors are twisted in parallel and protected with a special braid (up to 4 mm² cross-section), which further increases their mechanical strength. The grey color (RAL 7001) provides good visibility and facilitates cable identification. The cable is metered, allowing for precise adjustment of the length to the installation needs.

• Resistance to external factors: The cable is resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, ozone, solvents, acids, alkalis and hydraulic fluids.
• Halogen-free: The materials used in production do not contain halogens, which increases fire safety and minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2).
• Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -30°C to +80°C during flexible operation.
• High mechanical strength: Thanks to its special construction and materials used, the cable is characterized by high resistance to tearing, abrasion and impact.
• Low friction coefficient: PP conductor insulation provides low friction, which translates to a longer cable life with frequent bending.
• Conductor cross-section: 1 mm².
• Outer diameter: approximately 18.5 mm.
