m.FLEX 512-PUR flexible cable is an advanced solution for demanding applications in machinery, robotics, and moving parts of machines. Its construction based on a polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) and modified PP insulation guarantees high resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and other external factors. This cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility and long service life. Thanks to its special construction with a low-friction insulation, it minimizes friction during bending, which translates to longer life and stable electrical parameters. The cable is resistant to UV radiation, ozone, acids, alkalis and hydraulic fluids, making it an ideal choice for outdoor and harsh industrial environments. Additionally, the materials do not contain silicone or cadmium, which is important from an environmental and health perspective.

This 36-core cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² has a rated voltage of 500V and is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation. The outer diameter of the cable is 22.2 mm. The cores are made of unannealed copper, twisted strand class 6 (very flexible), which ensures excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Core identification is done using digits for easy identification during installation. The cable complies with the CE standard confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
