This multi-core flexible cable, designated m.FLEX 512-PUR 61G1,5, is designed for demanding industrial applications, particularly in moving parts of machines, robotics and chain systems. Its construction guarantees reliable operation even with intense bending and twisting. Construction and properties

The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable features an advanced construction that provides exceptional flexibility and durability. It utilizes multi-wire copper conductors (class 6), insulated with modified PP, which ensures good electrical insulation and ease of bending. The conductors are twisted in parallel and secured with a special protective braid (up to a cross-section of 4 mm²). The whole is surrounded by an abrasion and oil-resistant polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket, which is also halogen-free – important in applications where fire safety is crucial. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation.
