This grey flexible m.FLEX 512-PUR 7G6 cable with a rated voltage of 500V is an ideal solution for demanding applications in mechanical engineering, robotics and moving parts of machines. The cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to its twisted strand construction, flexible copper strand (class 6) and modified PP insulation.

Construction and properties

The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable features an advanced construction that guarantees durability and resistance to damage:

• Conductors: 7 stranded copper conductors, twisted, providing exceptional flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending.
• Insulation: Made of modified PP, provides good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The conductors are numbered for easy identification.
• Outer jacket: Made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), resistant to cuts, adhesion, oils and weathering. PUR also provides high mechanical and chemical resistance.
• Protective braid: Additional protective braid increases the cable's resistance to tensile and mechanical damage.
• Halogen-free: Materials used in production do not contain halogens, increasing safety in the event of a fire and minimizing the emission of toxic gases.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x for fixed laying.
