PVC control and power cable JZ-500 10G1 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 10180
Control and power cable JZ-500 is a flexible solution for connections in electrical installations, both in construction and industry. Made of high-quality PVC, it ensures reliable and safe operation in various conditions. This cable, thanks to its construction and materials, is resistant to external factors and mechanical damage.
Characteristics and application
The JZ-500 cable is designed for medium mechanical loads and is ideal for flexible installations where movement and bending occur. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors), as well as a cable for control and measuring equipment in industrial devices. A special PVC mixture ensures easy installation and good flexibility. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, which guarantees its safety and quality.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction with a stranded copper wire (class 5), which provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with special PVC Z 7225, and their gray color makes identification easier. The cores are marked with numbers, which facilitates connection even with the exposed part of the cable. The protective core (in versions from 3 cores) is yellow-green to ensure compliance with safety standards. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 protects the cable from mechanical damage and the effects of atmospheric factors. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length. Additionally, it is oil-resistant and resistant to certain chemicals - detailed information can be found in the "Technical information" table.
This cable offers the following parameters: rated voltage 300/500 V, which allows universal use in installations with different voltages. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible), enabling operation in difficult temperature conditions. The cable has 10 cores, making it ideal for more complex installations requiring many control or power cables. The core cross-section is 1 mm², which is suitable for medium current loads. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.6 mm, making it easier to route cables in pipes or cable trays. The reaction to fire class is Eca, providing basic fire protection in accordance with EN 13501-6. The shell material is Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), which provides good electrical insulation and resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors.
This cable is a solid choice for both professionals performing electrical installations and end-users looking for a reliable solution to their needs.
