Control and power cable for wide application
JZ-500 cable is a flexible control cable made of a special PVC mixture, designed for medium mechanical loads. It is suitable for installations requiring flexible connections, especially in slowly moving systems where tensile stresses do not occur. It can be used in dry, wet and humid rooms (but not outdoors), as well as a cable for control and measuring equipment in industrial devices. A special PVC formula ensures easy installation and good flexibility.
Construction and user parameters
The JZ-500 cable has 18 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², made of stranded copper (class 5), which ensures good flexibility and mechanical strength. The cores are PVC insulated and black, with clear numbering with white digits according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during assembly and servicing. The outer jacket made of special PVC (TM2 according to DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1) provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.2 mm.
Safety and compliance with standards
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a fire reaction class of Eca according to EN 13501-6. It can be used at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The cable is resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad). Additionally, it is oil-resistant and resistant to certain chemicals – detailed information can be found in the manufacturer's technical documentation.
