Control and power cable – reliability and flexibility in every application
The JZ-500 PVC control and power cable is a versatile solution for electrical installations where flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Designed for medium mechanical loads, it is ideal for flexible connections in moving systems, both in dry and humid environments (but not outdoors). It will work in both industrial installations and when connecting control and measuring equipment.
Construction and properties
The JZ-500 cable is characterized by a construction based on 18 copper, stranded wires (class 5), which ensures high flexibility and easy installation. The wires are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and their color – black with white numbering – facilitates the identification of individual wires in accordance with DIN VDE 0293. A protective conductor (yellow-green) is present from 3 wires upwards. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating (TM2), providing resistance to mechanical damage and chemical factors. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length.
Parameters and application
The JZ-500 cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300/500V and an ambient temperature of -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. Its outer diameter is approximately 12.9 mm. The reaction to fire class is Eca, which means that the cable meets European fire safety standards. Thanks to its construction and properties, this cable finds application in:

Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant and conditionally resistant to torsion, which increases its versatility.
