The JZ-500 cable has 25 cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², made of stranded copper (class 5 = flexible multi-wire). The core insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides good resistance to abrasion and mechanical influences. The cores are black and numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and connection. The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of grey PVC (RAL 7001), which further protects the cable from environmental influences. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.6 mm. This cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 V. The reaction to fire class is Eca, which provides additional safety.
