Universal control and power cable for various applications

JZ-500 25G1,5 cable is a flexible solution for transmitting power and control signals. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it is designed for use in dry, wet and humid rooms, but is not suitable for outdoor installation. Thanks to its construction with 25 copper cores, insulated with PVC and numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, it ensures easy identification of individual wires during installation and servicing. This cable is used in mechanical and metallurgical industries, as well as in control and measuring devices.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction – copper strands are twisted together, which ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer jacket of PVC (TTM2), which guarantees additional mechanical and chemical protection. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 V, making it suitable for most standard applications. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has a fire reaction class Eca. Additionally, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad) and oil resistant.
