Construction and properties

The JZ-500 cable is characterized by a construction that provides optimal performance parameters. Made of multi-wire copper conductor (class 5), insulated with PVC, it offers good flexibility and easy installation. The conductors are black, and their numbering according to DIN VDE 0293-334 facilitates identification and connection. The outer jacket made of PVC (TM2 according to DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1/DIN EN 50363-4-1) provides protection against mechanical damage and environmental factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.9 mm, allowing for easy routing in various installations.

This cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation, making it suitable for use in harsh conditions. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km – this guarantees safe and stable operation of the device. Fire reaction class Eca ensures limited flammability in the event of a fire.
