This grey JZ-500 4G1 mm² PVC control and power cable is a versatile solution for electrical installations, both in professional and domestic applications. Designed for medium mechanical loads, it provides reliable connections in systems where flexibility is required. It is perfect for installations inside buildings, in dry, wet and humid rooms – although it is not suitable for outdoor use.

Construction and parameters for demanding applications

The JZ-500 cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has four copper cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², made of flexible stranded wire (class 5), which ensures easy installation and resistance to bending. The cores are insulated with PVC and marked with numbers in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-334 – this facilitates identification and improves installation safety. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which protects the cable from mechanical damage and environmental factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.7 mm.

This cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of up to 500 V (300/500V) and an allowable ambient temperature from -40°C to +80°C during operation and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. It meets the requirements of EN 13501-6 regarding the classification of reaction to fire (Eca).
