Construction and properties

The JZ-500 cable is constructed in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards. It is made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The cores are black, with white number printing for easy identification according to DIN VDE 0293. The outer jacket is made of PVC (TM2), providing resistance to oils and chemicals. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely match the installation needs. Additionally, the cable has a protective conductor.

Application and benefits

The JZ-500 cable is used in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors) as a flexible connection in slowly moving systems without tensile stress. It will work in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, air conditioning and control and measuring devices.
