Control and power cable for demanding applications

PVC cable JZ-600 12G0.75 mm² is a flexible solution for control, power supply and signaling, designed for various industrial and installation applications. It is characterized by high quality workmanship and resistance to external factors, making it a reliable choice for both professionals and end users. This cable is particularly popular in Southern and Eastern Europe, as well as in Arab countries.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable has a construction based on 12 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special PVC (TI2) and twisted to ensure flexibility. The conductors are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification even after partial removal of the outer jacket – important when working in the field and minimizes the risk of errors. Additionally, the cable contains a protective conductor (yellow-green), located close to the outer jacket for increased safety. The whole is surrounded by a durable, black PVC coating (TM2), resistant to UV radiation, oils and chemicals. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.6 mm.

Applications and compliance with standards

The JZ-600 cable is designed for medium mechanical loads in flexible connections without tensile stress. It can be used in dry, humid and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (permanently laid). With an appropriate diameter (≥18mm) direct burial in the ground is permissible – however, it is not suitable for laying under water. It is ideal for use in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, steelworks and in internal installations and air conditioning systems. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-5 concerning insulation for operating voltage 1 kV and has a fire reaction class Eca according to EN 13501-6. The rated voltage U/U0 is 1000/600 V.
